Just near the Heritage Coast in the Vale of Glamorgan you will find a beautiful converted barn and cottages huddled together. Just a mile from the beach, Rosedew Farm is an idyllic, relaxed wedding venue.
Clare and James held their wedding in the middle of winter on a cold, drizzly and windy day. By the time we got outside for some images, it was almost 5pm and very nearly dark. I will always remember the dubious look on James's face as he politely asked if in fact there was enough light for photographs. Armed with my top of the range Sony A9 and great lenses, I knew there was enough natural light still available to give a soft, romantic look to their wedding photographs. With only 15 minutes of shooting time, including working with the videographers, we had to work fast.
Clare wore a faux fur stole over her dress to keep out the winter chill for this fun filled, relaxed country style wedding.
